The government puts the first numbers on the table: to the Green 75 billion with a substantial slice for the superbonus. Ten billion for water plan.
Green projects will go 37 percent, as also indicated by the European Union: of this 75 billion, the largest share would go to stabilize the 110 percent superbonus while other items will be the plan against hydrogeological disruption and green mobility in cities. Twenty percent of the recovery, or about 40 billion, is expected to go to digitization projects where the lion’s share will (again) be the broadband plan. To mobility infrastructure an initial breakdown of funds allocates 10 percent, so 20 billion, far less than what is required with a plan of at least 100 billion made up of projects for high-speed rail in the South, railways, roads, ports and logistics.
From the first meetings that have already taken place in these hours, it is understood that the one sent in these hours is a first breakdown, and adjustments will be possible. Above all, the perimeter and boundaries of individual bins need to be better defined: for example, resources for local transportation and the purchase of low-polluting buses were included in the “green” chapter, while other means of green mobility, such as trains, ended up in the infrastructure chapter. Also possible in the next few moves are some project transfers from one container to another.
